Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with CARTWORTHY. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). New or high-demand products may occasionally take a little longer.

 

Delivery time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

 

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping costs: Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Delays and lost packages: Carrier delays can happen during holidays or bad weather. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, email us at johncp99@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

 

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
