Refund policy

We want you to love your CARTWORTHY order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all included parts. To start a return, email johncp99@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please contact us before sending anything back; returns sent without approval can't be accepted.

 

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We'll provide the return address once your return is approved.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
